Still not working for me. I shrunk one pic down to 3500x2333 and still getting the Oops error.

For kicks and giggles could you try something really low like a 1200x1200 range?

We have found the issue but are having a problem figuring out why it's being an issue if that makes sense.
 
Its sporadic for me. Sometimes it will load the pic and sometimes it won't. Same pic, same size file.

Yes this is what it does. We see it happening but don't know yet why. Hopefully we can get it soon!
 
I just tried shrinking one of my photos down to 1500x2000 and it worked. Hoping you guys get it figured out soon.
