Any thoughts on what could be the issue with this Orange Spotted Goby?

It looks more under his chin than in his gills but who knows. He does occasionally perch on some Zoas/Palys. I just noticed this this morning. He is acting normally, no increased rate of breathing No other tank mates affected. He has a pistol partner and they are construction business as usually

I use a Seneye reef monitor and I have no ammonia, checked again with API. I put a bit of Prime in the tank just as a precaution.

It looks more under his chin than gills.

Parameters from today, with nitrate/phosphate/Mag from last weekend

Per Seneye 8/12
pH 8.31
Ammonia none
Temp 78.0

API Ammonia - 0

Hanna Checker 8/12
Alk - 8.5
Ca - 454

Milwaukee digital refractometer salinity
SG - 1.023

8/6 - Red Sea Pro test
Nitrate - 0 (been backing off NoPox to get them up a bit)
Phosphate - 0.12 (working on feeding less)
Magnesium - 1440 (has been like this for ages, actually coming down finally)

Happy tank Panorama shot.

Any thoughts would be welcome.

I think that's just part of his normal coloration. See pic below:

Funny, I have never noticed it before and now its not as prominent, just a few hours later. Thank you for the response.

Fish maintain their own color, sometimes they get excited ;) flasher wrasses are a good example of this. He might have just been showing off!
