Phyto crash?

Well yesterday my phyto was looking good and this was a new batch started two days ago. Well this morning it looks like this. It all settled onto the bottom of the jar. I have never seen something like this happen in the many batches I have grown so far. Well I guess I need to find a new start because I put all of my eggs in one basket or jar I should say.

Looks like it’s all sat at the bottom
