Just the basic setup. Started with some phyto and 2ml of f2. Light stays on for 16 hours

Typically you would split your cultures. Some you would refrigerate, and the rest you would start new cultures. You would add the fertilizer to the new culture to get the algae to reproduce.

Harvest and split day was yesterday!!! Working my way up to all half gallon jars

I always liked using 3 liter plastic bottles. Sometimes you can find those from a off brand cola.

How do you clean it out? Hot water And alcohol?

What salinity do you keep it at? Also when you the culture out for using, you just need to fill up what you take out and add fertilizer in right?
