Can anyone tell me what are the dark particles settling on the bottom of my culture container?

strange thought I had enough. Does this mean this culture is going down the drain? Or still able to seed a new one?

i always had some build up at the bottom when I was culturing mine. I just kept splitting and they kept growing.

mas sde1500 said nothing bad with it, if your reservoir was more of a cone shape at the base it would of help a bit to avoid phytoplankton settling

How dong did you let it go in between harvest? Could just be die off
