Phytoplankton Help

I started growing my own phyto a few months ago. Started with nannochloropsis and more recently tetraselmis. During the holidays I was in and out of town so I lost most of my harvested bottles because I wasn't around to shake them daily. I did check under my cheap scope and there was some live tetra so I started a new batch, but the color looks off and I was going to harvest. Took a short video under my microscope and there is movement. Should I use this in my tank and do you think I can start a new batch with this?
In the photo the darker green is my nano and the odd green color is the tetra in question.

The safest approach is to get a new starter culture. There's a guy in San Diego who sells tetra. I was growing nanno, tetra, and iso but I've gone back to just nanno.
