Phytoplankton - I need some

So, The Clowns are now laying again after 5 months since the move. My Family would like to give it a shot in raising a batch. Maybe I can have some old enough to sell by the swap... maybe. Anyways, I need to get a Phytoculture started so can thus start a rotifer culture. Does anyone have a bottle that I can buy off you for cheap? It should be able to be mailed as well.. maybe.

Also, do you use tank water for yours? Any other advice is welcome.
