Phytoplankton species dominance

Hello reef2reef,

I'm currently culturing three species of phytoplankton separately.
They're are tetraselmis, isocrysis and nannochloris.

Is any one of these species dominant over the other?
What if I start mixing the cultures (1/3 of each), will one species overtake the other or will it simply crash?
