Phytoplankton ?

I'm getting ready to start culturing some phytoplankton, and just wanted to see if using a grow light led strip wrapped around a bottle would work. Specifically I'm using this one. Just wanna make sure it's not too much light.

Probably would. I used white led to grow mine and it did very well. Not sure if r/b specific would work better or worse.

People have tried grow lights but I believe the results aren't nearly as good as white ones.
