I will be doing my first harvest today and I was wondering how long a batch will last in the fridge??

I've had mine in the fridge several months no problem, just remember to shake the bottle at least once a day.
The phyto tends to separate and settle in standing bottles. I shake the bottles a couple of times a day as I have a small fridge right by the tank.
I have even heard of folks freezing the phyto for months on end but I haven't tried that yet.

I noticed some batches settle more than others, but I haven't determined a cause yet as my process is repeated fairly accurately.

Any issue with pouring off the clear water and combining bottles into a more dense single bottle?

I have only done this a few times and so far I have had no issues with it, but wondering what others think.

Also, I have been dumping the clear water, any ideas for what I might use it for? Could I re-use the water for a new batch of phyto?

Ya I was curious about freezing too. I will try to freeze a batch and see how it goes.

That depends entirely on what species/strain you're growing. Most last around 90 days but Isochrysis galbana is closer to 30 days.
I have seen bottles that say 6 months before expiration so I'm wondering how they do it
