Picasso Clownfish Adventure

I am in the process of trying to pair these beautiful clownfish. My first pair are both Nebula's.

Here is a picture of this beautiful pair.

Wow. That nebula male is amazing. Love that guy.

Thanks Akam. I sure got lucky in getting that Nabula. The reefer purchased a whole lot including him, but for some reason either flaked out or bailed on the deal.

I sure would love to get a Grade A Nebula like this one.

Your photos are super sharp Wes! I've never seen the Bali ones in person. Glad you have them divided up now. Is that a separate tank and you still have the 40B?

Darwin, I actually take sharper pics of the fish instead of corals. LOL.

I divided the 40 Breeder
I would say I have about 16 inches for the reef and 20 inches for the clowns.

I got more pictures of my other clowns.

And here is my new pair. I ended up splitting both Nebula's and eventually the male transitioned into a beautiful female. So, here is my Nebula female and Onyx Picasso male.

very rad, wes. i had no idea you had a legit collection of clowns...

its ivan, the one with the big coral obssesion tie dye.

Hello Ivan, nice to see you on R2R. I should have known that reefers also join other reefing forums so it was a matter of time before I bumped into you here. LOL.

Yes, I've been collecting designer clowns for about 1 year. My fist batch was nice, but also tragic. I tried keeping 5-6 clowns together. It worked for a few months, but after they got territorial, they started chasing each other and eventually the stress and lack of eating caused them to wither away.

Now, with my new collection, I put up dividers so only a pair is kept together.

thats terrible. it happened to a friend here who tried it... they look good though. making me want a nebula...

Alright fellow reefers, it's been a while since I updated this thread. I ended up selling all my designer clowns at the end of 2015 and went on a full blown hunt for the best Jawbreaker and WWC Bounce mushroom's. I was able to attain many exquisite Jawbreakers with the most radiant red coloration that I have ever seen. Here is a link to my 40 Breeder sumpless thread to view some photos. Sadly, after owning those jaw breaking Jawbreakers & WWC Bounce's, I made the tough decision to share them with my fellow hobbyists and jump back into collecting designer clownfish.

I started my search in November 2016.

Here are just a few photos. I will take more clearer pictures of these clownfish.
