How many grades are there? Someone is selling these pair for sevenfive so I assume that would be a good deal?

Looks like a grade B, but a Nice one. I like the black color.
Grade A- All 3 stripes connect
Grade B- The middle strip almost touches the front and back stripe
Grade C- Normal clown
