I received my sps pack today and unfortunately there were 2 doa and at least 4 that started rtning within a few hours.
I believe it was due to the ice pack because the water was pretty cold. I immediately noticed 2 were doa, but I drip acclimated for 20 min and used a Coral Revive dip. My lights were off for an hour to allow them to acclimate to my tank. Unfortunately, I noticed that there were some major issues a few hours after I turned my lights on. If it was only 2 frags I could handle it,but 4 more started rtning at the base.
Nick did throw in 2 extra frags because he had to ship them a week later. His packaging of the coals were excellent. I pm'd him 3 times and haven't heard back. I also sent some pics within 2 hours of receiving the package. My wifes camera sucks, so they were a little blurry. Anyways, it sucks because I was really looking forward to my new corals. The ones that survived look great though. I'll post again once I hear back from Nick.

Pm'd Nick again and offered to cover shipping for replacements and to throw in 4 extra frags to cover my costs. The count is now 4 total losses and 2-3 Rtning, so I will lose 7 of 10 that I ordered. The 2 freebies seem to be fine. I'm hoping to workout a solution for both of us because I know he didn't make a lot of money on the transaction. I'm not looking for a refund.. I just want the corals I ordered alive in my tank and not a bunch of skeletons. I hope Nick will work with me on this one.

I got your pm last night about a few more dying but I was out and got it from my phone.
I have a DOA policy, its a tough Time to ship sps and if you get doa frags just pm me with pics within 3 hours and we can re ship and split the shipping of I can refund you, but give me a day to respond in case I am out with my family.

I am going to issue you a full refund minus the shipping costs.
Generally I work out replacement frags and split the costs of the shipping .I would have liked to work this out another way but I think a full refund is best.

Thanks.. I appreciate you working with me and again the ones that survived looked great. Nick is a good guy as I had mentioned in my posts, but I sent three pm's yesterday and got a response this morning. What your offering is more than fair and I appreciate you working with me. Buy with confidence with Nick and he'll make it right, if something goes wrong. I don't believe anyone one was at fault it just happens sometimes.

I recently purchased this pack and I gotta say that the corals are awesome and after 3 weeks in my tank they are growing nicely!
