Picking out a UV for upcoming build

So I am planning a 70G rimless build with a 36" sump.

What size UV system should I get for Ich management? I plan on only buying quarantined fish and trying to keep away from very susceptible ones but want to just have some added safety. What wattage and flow rate should I look for? I was looking at the AquaUV 25W but dont know if I can get away with a smaller one or not.

You can run the AquaUV Advantage 2000/2000+ 15-watt, the Classic 15-watt or the Classic 25-watt.
