So I'm upgrading to a reefer 350 and the total weight with water is somewhere around 1170 pounds. This will have to go on the first floor of my house as my basement has no heat and isn't finished. I took a look in the basement and this is what I have. The tank would span across 3 double 2x8 joists around 2 feet off a supporting beam made of triple 2x10 that is supported by steel poles going to the concrete floor. The next supporting beam holding up the joists is about 10 feet away. I've drawn a crappy pic of what I'm talking about. Does anybody want to chime in about weather or not that much weight would be ok ?
