Hi, I have a 5 gallon cube, 9.5x9.5x12.

For flow I have a Hydor 180gph, and a HOB.
My livestock is a Rock flower, a Mini maxi, a Goniopora and an Acan, and various CUC.
I was wondering if I should get something that creates more turbulence, such as a wave maker? If I do, what kind of pumps would you recommend for such a small tank?
Thanks.

180gph in a 5 gallon aquarium seems pretty decent. You may not need additional flow. But If it were me and I felt the need for more, I would buy another super low flow pump (perhaps the same one, but I’d look for smaller if I could) and then a mechanical switch timer with like 15 or 30 minute intervals and then just set it to go on at every other interval.
My other option would be to look at the smallest jebao pump I could and run it as low as I could.

There are probably more expensive options, but I’m not sure of any that would be able to run low enough for your tank. Perhaps someone else knows of some.
