Pico LED question please help me out??

Hey guys whats going on,
I have a question...i currently have a 10 gallon tank with MH lights on it. I want to downgrade to the jbj pico. Nano customs has a LED mod that they are offering and i want to jump on it. Would this light be strong enough so that the acans i have will keep their rainbow color, and the chalice i have keep its pink color?

Yes, they will be fine. A little feeding every now and then will help them perk up a little.

I'm confused by their numbers. What's the light output they're getting with those LED's? You know the PAR?

should i put the acans in the sand of my pico? Also, do you think if i put a frag of my rainbow and superman monti it would thrive up top??

Both of those should do fine anywhere in that tank with those lights.
