Ok so I’ll give you a little background. I been setting up a Macroalgae bowl currently in cycling process. I have a JC&P Full spectrum adjust light coming. Currently running a sicce easy line mi mouse water pump. And a fluval p10 heater. I am wondering if anyone has seen something similar to this for sale in the states in (2nd pic) these come for and are manufactured over seas. I would like to have something to more or less polish the water I made the mistake of setting up live sand so every time I touch it it turns into a snow globe. I made this to polish the water after setting up (in 3rd pic) but would like to have some more permanent and small this is going on the kitchen counter in my new house and has to look clean so the wifey is happy. I found small canisters on Amazon that will work but not as small as this one. Would like something more this size preferably.

That’s actually a really good idea. I seen some diy videos on YouTube using Tupperware and cheap pumps. But they didn’t create much flow in the tank More or less flow of a betta set up. Problem is I’d also like it to be the primary pump for the bowl so I don’t have anything in there other than the heater. Want it to be small enough to fit behind the 9 inch height of the bowl. But still be powerful enough to create flow and act as filter.

You have me interested now. I am going to dig in deeper on this and see what I can come up with. Smaller and higher flow. I assuming it needs to be quiet too.

Haha I mean yes that would be ideal it will be in the kitchen in the corner. Here’s a video of the actual product I’ll like to purchase/replicate. I found a video on YouTube also of someone trying to replicate and ADA model which is similar but I’m not sure if I like some of things he’s done. But very creative
