Pico SPS tank questions !!!

What's going on guys ?!

So I have a pico tank (5g) I'm going to go basically full sps on Acro's,Monti's possibly Birdsnests,but have a few questions.

This isn't my first sps dom tank,I just tp have a 2g cube slammed full of Acro's,but now that I'm going a hair bigger and it going to be a AIO,I want some input on some things..

1. Flow.. Do you guys think a DC650 AND a SW2 will be enough flow ?

2. Filtration..Do you guys think a ATS would be benefical over running say a reactor with ROX carbon and water changes and a skimmer ? At the moment I have a nano skimmer already bought,but have no problem not using it. I'm aiming to let the tank cycle for at least a month or more before adding anything,but we know how that goes.

Equipment wise,plans are:

BioCube Skimmer (ORDERED)
DC650 (ORDERED)
Mini X Media Reactor (Future) or
ATS.
SW2Pump (Future)
3-part Doser (Future)
1-2 Neon Gobies.

Now my lighting... So far it consists of 2x NanoBox 11up arrays (8 Luxeon Royal Blues,4 Luxeon True Blues,2 Luxeon Cyans,4Warm Whites & 4 Neutrals),2 Mints one on my white channel and 1 on my blue channel,2 400-410nm Violets and 2 410-420nm Violets all at 700mah.

I may had a row on each side of 2x Luxeon C Royals and 2 Semi Violets to add some umph. I'm shooting for about 250-300 par.

Reactor will be more useful.

See thats what I had always thought,but after seeing a few people running them on nano[ish] tanks from 20-40g I thought eh why not ?! They were having awesome success with them. Plus most media is only good for long before its not effective any,though I have always used a AquaClear or Reactor as main filtration.

I'll vote for ATS over reactor. Lighting and flow looks fine to me. I dont like the biocube skimmers :-/, but that's probably wont be an issue in such small form factor.

Why am I seeing a group of big women in bathing suits??? Nothing pico about any of them! I really want to see this two gallon pico slammed with acros!

I never saw an FTS of that tank after the SPS growth, was following it .. did it worked out?

Unfortunately it never had explosive growth,I got really stupid and started dosing a bunch og Zeo stuff thinking it would work and well it didn't lol. I did have growth incredible encrusting and some pieces showed a nubbing at the bases but after that Zeo incident everything quickly RTN'd on me.
