Can someone please help me identify this nuisance alage I am having for the last 2 months now.
I have an established 5year old SPS dominant system. My Nitrate is between 0-5ppm and my PO4 is 0.04 checked with Hanna URL checker.
All the inhabitants of the tank are doing good.

Green hair algae
Pull as much as you can by hand and reduce or turn off white lights and add some snails such as:
Turbo grazer
Astrea
Cerith
Nassarius

even a pin cushion urchin to maintain control

Oh! Thank you so much for the quick reply. :) Since it's already an established tank i already have all those snails and 2 tuxedo urchins...
I was having confusion between filamentous cyano algae and GHA.... Since it's kind of slimy... And also blows off from the rocks if i hit them with a turkey baster..
Does GHA blow off like that?

Gha generally clings but if weakened as it has no roots like bryopsis can separate
