How come it looks like everybody's pics have a blueish tint to them an mine come out clear is it my lighting just wondering ?

For sure that's what gives the blue marine look,,go buy a marine light with both blue and white light

I have a 15in bulb should I just get one of those an can I run it just like the one I'm using?

Yeah you can but you need the White light for coral growth aswell

Looks like you have an aquarium with a built in light,,take if off and leave the filter cover and buy one of these lights
