Pictures within 2 hours after delivery. Thoughts and going forward

Got notification from a buyer stating one of the sps didn't make it. I looked up the time the package was delivered which was at 9:30am, he sent an email at 3:53pm stating a homewrecker didn't make it. He then sends me pics in all blue lighting which I can't seem to see whats going on. When asked about a picture with flash he stated he had to work and would send more pics later. I did have this in the disclosure: must contact us within 2 hours of delivery and submit clear pictures of the corals in the bag unopened. Just seeing whats fair for both sides. Thank you

I have struggled with this too at times, folks write once coral is in their tank after a few hours or even a day with a death. As a hobbyist you want to help them out, but its tough when you arent swimming in frags (or money).

Homewrecker is a fancy frag for someone not to be there to receive and provide frequent/active updates on...
