Lately I’ve seen pictus blennies (aka white lined blenny) for sale on DD and was wondering about adding one instead of a tailspot to my 10 gallon. Does anyone have experience with the pictus? Is it basically the same as the tailspot in terms of behavior and aggression? I’ve read tailspots spend more time swimming eating plankton than many blennies, what should I expect from a pictus?
Finally, in a 10 gallon would either of these be ok with a Rainford goby or Will aggression occur because they’re both algae eaters? Advice from @eatbreakfast and anyone else with experience of the pictus would be appreciated!
