Piece broken off of Stag.....

is it beneficial to dab a small bit of coraffix to the area wherever the small arm was broken off of? Second time I’ve done this during cleaning in the tank...I feel like such an idiot however the first small piece of this ORA yellow tip Stag is doing fine.... small but doing fine....and I think the next piece will do just as well. Just curious about if a small dab of super glue would help on the main body where it broke off.

I probably wouldn’t worry about it. If it’s healthy it will quickly grow over the broken spot.

Do not touch it. If you have a healthy mother colony, it will heal over the break very quickly and even start new growth. They are made to do this. Do not sweat it too much.

It would be best to put the broken piece right next to the mother colony, they will combine and it has been proven frags form better colonies when done this way.
