Was thinking of buying a coral pack but was not real fond of one of the corals in it and he traded it our for a different one with no extra cost and no problem. Once I got the pack all the corals looked amazing but sadly one melted on me 
this was about three days after I got the pack, so i shot him a PM and he gave me a store credit for the cost of the lost coral. Its customer service like this that makes me a repeat customer (having grade A acans also helps lol)
