Pine stand center piece removal

is this adequate for support if i remove the center piece of wood on these styles of stands

That looks like it is there to prevent wracking rather than to support weight. That said, I wouldn't remove it. but relocating it is no problem.

Im not talking about the one on top. Picture is deceiving. Im talking about the one that is vertical between the doors. Basically i want a non obstructed opening in the front

ah, yeah I see what you mean. you're probably fine to pull it out but if in doubt, run it through the sagulator to see:
