I have a lot of pineapple sponges in my whole filtration system, and didn't realize it but apparently a ton in my return plumbing... I unplugged the pump today for a few minutes and i guess the back-flow dislodged them because when i turned on the pump again... it looked like a friggin' blizzard in the display. I panicked thinking it had disturbed some hidden pocket of undisolved salt or something, until I realized it was hundreds of tiny pineapple sponges. Anyone had this happen before? Should be relatively harmless right? I am running floss for now to filter out the free floating ones.
