Pineapple Sponge?

I just noticed theses greenish spots today that were not in the tank before, I’m thinking pineapple sponge, but the only new additions are coral frags from my wife’s nano. It’s a 180 gal used tank that I’ve had up since February and I’ve not had any sponge in the tank before today. Am I correct in my ID or is this some monster that will eat my tank. I’ve battled GHA for a while and finally am winning thanks to Vibrant.
