Pink and Black Sea Cucumber Help

I recently got a pink and black sea cucumber to help clean my sand bed, but it is hanging out on the glass and not eating. Why would it stay off the sand? Any advice?

Either move it to place it on the sand or give it a couple of days. A pic would help

I moved it to the sand once and it hung out, but i didn’t see any sign it was eating.

I would be careful it could be dying did you acclimate it good

Different cucumbers eat different things. Some are just filter feeders and don't consume food from the sand. Do you have a clear (non-blue) picture of these guys? A positive ID on species will help determine if their behavior is abnormal.
