I have several generous Pink Birds nest frags that I am willing to give away. I had to disassemble a large colony that had grown too big for my 60g, had begun to die off around the bottom due to flow being blocked, was shading out and blocking flow to other corals in my tank. It had gotten to the point, and was growing so well that each time I used the magnet to clean the glass, I broke off tips.

This is an offer for pick-up only (at my home or office) and it expires next Saturday at the NARC meeting, or when I have no more frags of it to give away. This is on a first-come, first-served basis. I am not going to hold anything, and at Saturday's NARC meeting, I am going to give the rest away. Sorry I can't/won't bother with shipping.

If you are interested, please send me a PM.

Nice frags. Awesome giveaway. Most guys near me would rather give stuff away then sell them.

Thanks. It is sort of a pay it forward kind of thing. Lots of folks have helped me, so I wanted to do the same.

Well, Lindsay actually said she missed the tank and wanted me to set it back up! How could I say no?! I'm taking my time though since I will be on the road most of the year and I want it to be a lot "cleaner" set up this time. Plus I want to make it much easier to maintain.

I knew I liked her!

Scott,

Thanks for the frags. I have found really good places for the 2 birds nests and the green one as well.

Got a quick question on the pink birds nest though. What kind of flow is best for them? High, med, low? What would be your suggestion?

You are welcome. I have had good results with medium-strong flow and high light. The piece you have was 6" from an MP10.

Great. I have it about 6" from a Korallia 4 now with the focusing cone removed.

How much polyp extension should i expect on this coral if it is "happy" with it's current location

I got mine from H@rry about a year ago..... It was about 2.5" then.... Now it's the size of a small volleyball thats right I said volleyball. If JSB runs out of birdsnest let me know. Mine needs a good trim. It has even picked itself off the rock I had it sitting on.. Thanks for the GREAT frag H@rry. Mine will be the same price as JSB's FREEEEEEEEEE!!!!!
