I have bunches of teeny bugs on the glass of my tank. Smaller than grains of sand. They seem to have a pinkish color and two sections to their bodies. Are these copepods or flatworms? I tried getting a picture but they don't show up.

Those pretty pink buggies are Red Planeria Flatworms, not so harmful as AEFW.
You can treat them with flatworm exit but there is a danger with that, as they die the release a toxic that is deadly to your corals and fish.
Or you get wrasse in your tank, melanurus, yellow coris or just a springrii damsel will go after them.
Here a article from my good friend @melev http://www.melevsreef.com/critters/flatworms

Yes, that fairy wrasse will eat them but not as much as the wrasse mentioned.
A small red scooter will do the job as well.
