Those "full spectrum" chips are usually Royal blue w/ red phosphors added..
Really "magenta" not pink..

Personally.. the quantity of red is more important than having red..
Certainly few would use strictly red light w/ high PAR values..

As to effects in "moderation".. ?????

Says on the leds for plants [emoji271] but I figure coral can benefit from the lift if plants can.
