pink spotted goby mouth infection

I have a pink spot goby that was doing well in QT/observation (bought on 9/24) until yesterday. I noticed a red sore on his lip and his mouth was open for the first half of the day, now it's able to be closed and the redness is gone, but his mouth is a bit discolored and it looks like he has some skin trauma. I added Furan 2 last night to the QT tank in case of bacterial infection. I didn't start copper since he was in copper at the store for 3 weeks. Should I also add kanaplex with Furan 2? Should I put copper in? I'm going to get some black worms today to see if he will eat.

Unfortunately he didn’t make it. He wouldn’t accept any food and succumbed to his wounds. Quite the bummer. The up side is my flame wrasse, Solon wrasse and royal gramma are in the DT and doing well.
