Pink Streaked Wrasse Life Span?

Got a Pink Streak Wrasse that’s a little lethargic. He and everything else that I ever added have been quarantined, so my question is if anyone knows their life span?

I’m thinking 3-5 years tops? If that’s the case I’m thinking he’s at that point since I’ve had him for three years now plus however old he was when I got him. Thanks
