I got my new pink tip today. It's looking pretty acclimated so far.

I have two existing clowns that have been best buds with my hammer coral, I'm curious to see if there will be any infidelity going on in the near future.

Good luck getting a clown to host it. Icould never get mine to go near it. From what I've read, they are not clown friendly.

+1 I always read that Condylactis nems aren't hosting anemones

I dont think they host either. Personally I wouldnt feed it. If you want to you, you can feed mysis or brine. I wouldnt go much larger because they seem to digest less of the food when larger. But it would be a good science lesson to watch it push out the waste from the same hole it ate from.

I hope you didn't paid more money for them to be "haitian", most LFS here sells them for $3. Either way, is a nice anemone but sadly clowns will not host it.

He is still looking good.
just set the power head in a low flow area of the tank and let him get himself out. Or did you already dispose of him?

My bubble tip did that and He got chewed up really bad and lived. Hes doing great today and has doubled in size.

The propeller cut him up pretty good! He's gone! He was the coolest feature of my tank, I'm going to be looking for another one.

that stinks.i wish someone would tell my sons pink tip that they dont host,its been hosting my sons b/w clown for three years now in a 14 gal biocube.
