Guys is this a pink worm on my frag? Need help

Looks like a larger species of vermitid snail (several, actually). You can seal it with frag glue or manually break them off.

Thanks! This coral doesn’t open up all the way while all my other lords open up. Could this be why?

And how bad are they for your system? I’m just curious as this is the first time I’ve seen this
