Pinky brown dots on glass?

Discovered lots of these little pinky/tan coloured dots on glass.
They won't wipe off without scraping.
There's also a small white/clear filament on some.
I'm carbon dosing which is now reducing nitrate rather rapidly over past few days so unsure if these are linked to that or some kind of coraline making its way from rocks

Maybe limpets?
Are they cone shaped?
 
Doesn’t look right for snail eggs. If they’re basically completely flat, then coralline would be my guess.
Calcareous algae? Would think the circular pattern of them would indicate that, completely forgot algae was a possibility, either way whoever owns this tank will have some fun scraping algae lol

Just looks like coralline algae to me! that's a good thing, of course:)
