Pinpoint PH monitor

Bought a new pinpoint ph monitor and can not get it to calibrate. New battery new 7.00 and 10.00 fluid. Goes to 7 but can not even get close to 10 no matter how many times i turn the 4/10 screw. Any suggestions....

Anyone have any ideas maybe i received a bad probe

Are you sure you are turning the 4/10 screw the correct way? Other than your turning it the wrong way I'm not sure what could be wrong. I use the same monitor and I just turn the screw.

Clockwise to go up right only can get it to 7.30

Something has got to be wrong. I'd contact whoever you bought it from.
