Pintail with strange white DOT

Hello, Attached is a video and screenshot of a tiny white dot at the back of the top fin on my new wrasse. I'm very worried i introduced ick to my tank. I know he's been cocooning himself at night but if it is Ich i want to catch it early and perhaps dose some Polyp lab medic if that works?

Looks to be bacterial
Treat with either Maracyn 2 in qt tank or ruby rally pro which is reef safe
Kanaplex will also work

Thank you, Currently i don't own a QT tank, i could purchase a 5 gal tank and get a sponge filter
