Pintail wrasse in bad shape

I noticed this guy last night swimming around way after he’s normally sleeping.
A few minutes later he was swimming erratically and was getting thrown around by the power heads.
His breathing is fast but not crazy fast.
I thought he may have hit the glass and was dazed so I caught him.
He’s been treated with 2 rounds of general cure and 2 weeks of copper at 2.2ppm
He was eating totally fine, and looked healthy up until last night.
A Naoko wrasse checks him out sometimes but isn’t really a bully.
He’s currently in a hospital tank and 13 hours later is still alive and getting thrown around by the pump.

Is the fish eating? It's hard to say that everything was taken care of as the method you used isn't the quarantine method recommended on this site.

He can’t eat, having a hard time controlling himself.
about the QT. If the fish look good and are eating well after either general cure or prazi, I don’t keep them in copper for the month u less it’s a tang.
The other fish that were with him in the QT are totally fine.

It looks a hair thin. Is its back curved/ bent?
Is it swimming normal or porpoise- like?

This may be a neurological disease known as UKNWD which rarely shows onsets or physical damage to fish and often viral taking time to show up in fish. Eating is good but as for spine, often the spine issue is not corrective

The curved back and poor swimming, but the fish still eating is the hallmark of UNWD. Here is a thread on that:
