Pipefish issue?

My pipe fish, he eats food and his fins are going but I don't know what is wrong, dose anyone know what could be? How how to help him?

How old is he. I just lost my banded pipe fish that layed eggs every two weeks. Had them for years. I don't know what happened but both died in two days with no signs of any thing. I wonder about the age and how long is their life span.

I have had him for 3 weeks he is about 9-12 inches long

It looks as though he's got a gas bubble lodged in his body cavity ... either he's ingested a bubble or is having a swim bladder problem.

Does anyone on the #reefsquad have any experience with this sort of thing in a pipe? @vlangel?
