Piping oops... Ugh

So I measured 3x's..the wrong pipe lol. Doing a herbie drain, my main drain stand pipe is 1.25" into a reducer, into a 1" bulkhead. I bought pvc pipe and fittings for 1.25". Blah. The exit pipe after the bulkhead (SxS) is 1". If I add another reducer (reverse it) to go from 1" to 1.25" will that be bad for the drain and emergency pipes? I already bought everything to pipe it to the sump (unions, valves) so I don't really want to return it all. pvcfittingsonline.com has a 25% restocking fee

So will I cause issues stepping up my drain and emergency pipes by 1/4"?

So I started dry fitting things last night. I think I will have an issue, not sure how to solve it. The bulkhead comes out of the hole beneath the tank. The pipe that's coming out of the bulkhead is 1". If I place the expander on there to 1.25" I'll have to cement that on. How would I pull the stand pipe and bulkhead out ever? Even if I were to place a 1.25" union there, same issue. Is my only option to place a 1" union, then expand?
