so I bought all threaded bulk heads and I was planning on using pvc from pump to nozzle, but should I get barbed ends and have flex tube in the over flow? The tank is drilled from the bottom so the over flow is full length

Meaning flex from the bulkhead on the inside tank side in the overflow to the return nozzle? Flex doesn’t do 90 degree bends well so I’d just hard plumb it personally.

Yes that is the area I was asking about, and the more I thought about the more I want to plumb pvc, just have threaded ends to make maintenance easier, thanks for peace of mind agreeing with my plan
