Pistol shrimp and goby

I’ve been gifted a candy stripe pistol shrimp and I already have a Yasha goby in my 15 gallon. I put the shrimp in and he is probably under a rock somewhere: this was three days ago. Will the goby eventually find the shrimp? Last night they slept in the same hole but today the goby went back to his post (a hole in a rock) so I am unsure if they are buddies yet.

Aren't you suppose to wait like three days before you call?

Yeah I went up to the tank almost right after posting this and they were doing a funny walk with the goby on the shrimp and ended up making a home in the field of shaving brush grass, thanks all of you lol
