Many of you guys saw my last thread thank you for responding but I have a new question. Where would the ideal spot for my SPS frags be after they encrust the plug on my frag rack.

The SPS I'm getting is the Oregon tort, miyagi tort, red planet, and the pink lemonade.

I was thinking one frag on the bottom right corner on the island rock.

The rock gets decent flow. What frag would be the best down there.

I know you guys don't know my flow but what areas would look the best for the frags (long term). I also have another 29G that I can move other corals into in place for the frags.

Any help or recommendations is appreciated thanks guys.

Also I was thinking the Oregon tort at the bottom right is that a bad choice?

How do you keep the water from falling out of the tank? :)
I'd search some pictures of the corals when grown and position looking at the space they'll take up as they grow and also as per the final shape you'd like to have in your tank. sometimes corals will grow more opposite to the direction you want and you'll have to work on that by trimming and hoping growth in the "right" direction will follow. Somehow close to Bonsai but much easier I would say :)
Also when you position corals make sure to place colors that contrast each other nicely next to each other avoid repeats of the same colors next to each other.
I'd also put tabling corals like RP on the edge of a rock as they'll table out in open water saving some scape to to other branching corals behind them.
Cehck out my frags positioning on my build thread where I took the time picking locations for my frags and they are already growing up mostly as expected.

I find the miyagi looks best when blasted. The Oregon doe well in high to moderate light but can lighten up when hot with too much. Red planet does well just about anywhere, and I prefer the pink lemonade in higher light yo keep is close to yellow. Hope that helps...
