Placement of cobalt heater

Just got a cobalt nethermost heater for biocube 32. Where should I put it. If I put it in chamber 1 not sure I’ll be able to see the led setting. Was thinking about just putting it on back wall in DT. What are some recommendations?

Get a heater controller. It's a piece of equipment I won't go without.

Option 1 - Leave in DT until you find a steady good temp you’re happy with, then move to the back. And add some sort of cheap thermometer

Option 2 - Get a heater controller, and place in the back from the start. (Best option)

Careful - just my opinion. I had four that where great fir a year then the highest setting got stuck with a red led. I do still have two in use but I’m ordering a different type
