not sure if I'm over thinking this, but I want to make sure I have the best lighting placement before I order a clear view lids.

I have a reefer 250. should I center radions between the front glass panel the overflow? or center it between the front glass and the back glass?

Over thinking it. Though shifting the light forward (glass to overflow) will slightly increase par in the front section.

Tanks 20" wide center over 10". Increase height to cover about 20" at the water line

Spread 2 so each is 1.5x the distance as from one to edge. See image below.
Rough setup.

Use par meter to determine sweet spot distance of the l/r for a more accurate placement.
Height:

Spread sort of like this unless you want an island hot spot.

Not a Radion but concept is similar.
I like to think in 1/4s for 2 lights then adj in as needed
35.5 / 4 = 8.87 . So each light (if 2) is 9" from the l/r edge.

So on center 9... 17.5....9
1 light ..gap.... next light .
Adj from there .
Now that is over thinking . Well not really.
