Plague of Impeller/Pump Problems

I have yet to find debris in the impeller when I go to investigate why they fail which is what really confuses me. It makes me believe that they’re overheating maybe? But why I have no idea
Theyre water cooled and unless tank temp elevated should not but some pumps do run warm

Well, this is unfortunately the end. I bought two pumps to run simultaneously in the tank a month ago and one of them has already failed. I'm done. I simply cannot keep buying new pumps monthly and bugging customer support channels endlessly to send new pumps in warranty. I'm tired. No one has answers for this and I am completely at a loss for why this is happening. Between this and every other problem I've had with the tank this year including dino, bubble algae, hair algae, and equipment failure that I simply have no control over, I have to call it quits. I wish I could make a beautiful tank like the ones I see on here all the time but it just simply isn't possible for me. I used to have a tank like the ones I see on here but circumstances simply will not allow me the pleasure of that to ever happen again for me. I wish you all the best of luck on your tanks. I wish I could have continued to be apart of this with you all but I simply can't anymore.

I'd be interested in knowing what your incoming AC voltage is. Any other problems in the house with electronics?

Do you have them plugged into a Surge Power Strip? I had problems with my RIO AC pumps several years ago that had me pulling my hair out. They would be locked rotor, pull them out and clean, then they were fine. Found out when my heater kicked on, the SurgeProtector, put out low voltage.

I have no issues with any other electronics on that circuit, plug, or throughout the rest of the house.

No surge protector. Plugged straight into the wall

Iwaki and pan world work for decades. These cheap dc pumps are nowhere near that reliable
