Planaria or flatworm?

Small around 6mm in size. Seen a few of them in the tank. My wrasse likes to munch on them. Hopefully harmless?

Yeah, even if they were planaria theyd be food for your wrasse. Ive had planaria before, my Pink Streaked Wrasse keeps them in check from what I have seen. None in the DT after I added her. The biggest thing is they can reproduce like crazy and cover your corals making them irritated and die in the long run.
 
Pics a little too blue and fuzzy but may be a stomatella snail
