Plankton feeding

I purchased an established tank. I'm new to the hobby and have a question regarding plankton. The gentleman I purchased the tank from included all of the food with the purchase. I have a bottle of phyto and a bottle of zoo plankton. The directions say to feed twice weekly 5ml per 50 gallons. Do I feed these on the same days or should I feed them separate days of the week? Any information is appreciated! Thanks!
